Visiting Artist : Delaney DeMott
2 Days / Saturday & Sunday, 12-3 pm
Experience Level: All Levels

Learn the Japanese resist dye techniques known as Shibori to make a series of tailored home goods. Students will be supplied with pre-washed cotton fabric to make custom, Shibori dyed napkins, tea towels, accessories, pillow cases. The possibilities are limitless!

About Delaney DeMott:
Delaney DeMott is an artist/educator living in Lenhartsville, PA. She received her B.F.A. with certificate to teach from Tyler School of Art, Temple University and her M.F.A. in Fiber and Material Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She is currently an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Tyler School of Art, Temple University, in Philadelphia.
