Visiting Artist : Delaney DeMott
5 Weeks / Tuesdays, 6-9 pm
Experience Level: Beginner

Learn how to build a custom tapestry loom and weave one-of-a-kind wall hangings or functional objects such as pillow cases, laptop sleeves or placemats. We will cover warping your loom, weaving and finishing techniques resulting in two to three finished projects (time permitting).

About Delany DeMott : 
Delaney DeMott is an artist/educator living in Lenhartsville, PA. She received her B.F.A. with certificate to teach from Tyler School of Art, Temple University and her M.F.A. in Fiber and Material Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She is currently an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Tyler School of Art, Temple University, in Philadelphia.
